This tract is a forest of predominately Ponderosa Pine, some portions of Lodgepole Pine and True Fir, and other smaller portions of Sugar Pine. Most of the trees are estimated to be 50 to 60 feet tall. Elevations of the land vary from 4,800 to 6,100 feet above sea level. There are two main drainages running through the property, one in the north, and one in the southern portion. Both drainages run mostly east and west and the main roads tend to parallel them respectively on the north side. There are multiple branch roads, not all weather, that provide access to all areas of the property. The adjacent land is about 80% United States Forest Service land.
